Welcome to The East Providence Tidal Waves
The East Providence Tidal Waves have a proud history of helping youth achieve competitive swimming success. Our program focuses on skill development, discipline, and teamwork—preparing young athletes for both competition and life. With expert coaching, structured training, and a supportive environment, we welcome swimmers of all skill levels to dive in and grow with us.

OUR PROGRAMS
Find the Right Fit for Your Swimmer
We offer structured training programs for different age groups and skill levels.
Beginner Group
(Ages 8 & Under + New Swimmers 9-12)
Practice Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday | 4:00–5:00 PM
Focus: Foundational swimming skills, water confidence, and an intro to competition.
Intermediate Group
(Ages 9-12)
Practice Schedule: Monday & Wednesday | 4:00–5:00 PM + Friday | 5:00–6:00 PM
Focus: Stroke refinement, endurance training, and readiness for competitive meets.
Advanced Group
(Ages 13 & Older)
Practice Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00–7:00 PM + Saturday Mornings
Focus: High-intensity training, advanced techniques, and competition preparation.
