Beginner Group
(Ages 8 & Under + New Swimmers 9-12)
📅 Practice Schedule: Tuesday & Thursday | 4:00–5:00 PM
🏊♂️ Focus: Foundational swimming skills, water confidence, and an introduction to competitive swimming.
🏆 Includes: Stroke technique drills, fun team-building activities, and preparation for local competitions.
Intermediate Group
(Ages 9-12)
📅 Practice Schedule: Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 4:00–5:00 PM
🏊♂️ Focus: Stroke refinement, endurance training, and readiness for competitive meets.
🏆 Includes: Video stroke analysis, race strategy development, and increased training intensity.
Advanced Group
(Ages 13 & Older)
📅 Practice Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 5:00–6:30 PM + Saturday Mornings
🏊♂️ Focus: High-intensity training, advanced techniques, and competition preparation.
