Intermediate Group
(Ages 9-12)
The Intermediate Group is designed for swimmers aged 9-12 who have some competitive swimming experience or have advanced from our Beginner Group. This program focuses on refining stroke technique, building endurance, and developing race strategies to prepare swimmers for competition.
Swimmers in this group continue to work on all four competitive strokes—freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly—while learning advanced turns, starts, and pacing techniques.
